PLUS: We're hiring for Mel Robbins! Also Kai and Druski host the BET's!
Whatās Hot?

Gary Vee shares some real gems in this reel. The future of content is undoubtedly changing, and AI algorithms are finding the right audience by understanding the words in your videos! For creators: focus on crafting clear, thoughtful messaging/scripting content that connects.
Create It Studios just opened a state-of-the-art creative space inside a Nashville Walmart! Complete with production studios, podcast rooms, and everything a creator could dream of. Super curious to see how this plays out!
Acting ā”ļø Podcasting ā”ļø Mobile brand??
Most celeb brands go straight for CPG (alcohol, snacks, clothing, etc etc etc). So itās super refreshing to see guys like Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, and Sean Hayes jump into telecom instead. What makes it interesting is how theyāre building off their podcast audience⦠people who are already locked in and listening to their pod on their phones. So moving into mobile service? Just makes sense. SmartLess Mobile, will provide low-cost wireless service targeting users who mainly use Wi-Fi, offering plans from $15/month with lifetime price locks!
One will handle the streaming and studio side (Warner Bros., HBO Max, DC) and the other will focus on the legacy cable networks (CNN, TNT, Discovery). Why the split? The one-size-fits-all approach couldnāt keep up with todayās fast-moving media landscape. This is about getting more focused and moving quicker. For creators, itās actually a good thing ā faster greenlights, less back-and-forth, and a clearer idea of what each team wants. š¢
The trio brought some serious energy to hosting, and having creators like Kai and Druski in the mix just leveled it up š. Kai was literally streaming from backstage during the awards, so that real-time engagement paired with super relatable content hit perfectly with younger audiences. It boosted viewership and blew up across socials. Charlamagne sums it up best!
Teleprompter, lets creators follow scripts right on screen while filming, plus youāve got new voice effects, clip trimming, and safe zone overlays. Itās everything you need to shoot and edit clean, pro-looking videos without ever leaving the app.
Enter: AI pop stars! š¤©
Timbaland just launched Stage Zero, his AI-powered music label. Itās a bold experiment in āA-Pop,ā blending Timbalandās production genius with AI. Super early days⦠but imagine the potential: AI collabs with real artists, custom fan-made tracks, this changes how musicās made and experienced. š„
Founderās Corner
I had an awesome chat with Reed about where content creation is headed, and AI is shaking things up big time! AI-generated content is coming at us like a firehose. But here's the thing, while AI can churn out some pretty slick stuff, there's one thing it can't replicate⦠your unique human experience š.

AI Vlogs š
Youāll see AI yetis, AI gorillas, AI history vlogs the list goes on and on. Thanks to tools like Google VEO 3, the quality is top-notch. These tools are making it easier than ever (and faster) to produce content that looks + sounds professional. But the thing is even when an AI lifestyle vlogger nails the production, it just doesn't hit the same.š¤
The moment you realize that the person behind the screen isn't real, the connection starts to fade. It's like watching a movie with great special effects but no storyline, you admire the visuals, but it doesnāt move you.
Leaning Into Your Human Side ā¤ļø
If I were a creator today and want my personal brand to be able to stand out in a year.. I would reaaaally lean into my lived experience as a human being and the unique perspectives I have from that experience. ā”ļø
Lived Experience: Share your stories. If you're a travel creator, talk about why a place matters to you, not just what it looks like. Describe the smells, the sounds, the emotions you felt when you first arrived. These are the details that humans can relate to.
Unique Perspective: Bring your own insights. If you're a business strategist, weave in the lessons you've learned from your own journey. Talk about the challenges you faced, the mistakes you made, and how you overcame them. This not only adds depth to your content but also builds credibility with your audience.
Vulnerability and Real Interaction: Be real with your audience š¬. If you're a cook, tell the story behind your recipes. Maybe it's a dish your grandmother used to make, or something you discovered while traveling. People connect with stories, not just content.
Start Questioning What You See š
As we scroll through our feeds, it's time to start asking some questions:
š¤ Is this content from a real person or an AI?
š¤ What personal touch does the creator bring?
š¤ How does this content make me feel, and why?
By questioning what we see, we can appreciate the realness that human creators bring to the table. Itās about being mindful of the content we consume and recognizing the value of authenticity in a world where AI is becoming more prevalent š.
For Your Content šÆ
The content that breaks through isnāt ⦠itās more intentional. So the focus should be on clarity of voice and perspective:
Reflect on Your Journey: Think about the experiences that have shaped you and how they can add depth to your content. What are the pivotal moments in your life that have influenced your perspective? How can you share these in a way that resonates with your audience?
Engage with Your Audience: Build a community by encouraging feedback and interaction š¤š. It helps you see what clicks with your audience. Ask questions, respond to comments, and create a dialogue. This not only strengthens your connection with your audience but also provides valuable insights into what they want to see more of.
Stay in the Loop: Keep an eye on AI trends and tools š. Use them to enhance your content, but donāt lose your unique voice. Technology is a tool, not a replacement for creativity and authenticity. Embrace it, but always stay true to what makes you unique. ā”ļø
I know thereās lots of uncertainty with how fast things are moving and what will get shaken up, but I always bet on human connection š. The other thing we talked about is how platforms will shift and where socials will stand as a whole⦠but thatās for a later post.
