Extra Value | Setting Up a Vibe For Your Workspace ✨

PLUS: How you can win $50K from this new Youtube residency, and a trends report to help you prepare for 2025

Founder’s Corner

Creating the perfect vibe for your workspace can literally transform your day!

I’ve learned to fine-tune my workspace and office setup to something that works best for me.

Key word: ME 🔑

Everyone should try what works best for them, but if you’re looking for ideas… I gotchu.

Ambiance 💡

I love creating the right vibe in my workspace—it makes all the difference! I rotate between 3-4 candles to keep things fresh, play music through my Sonos speaker, and experiment with lighting (Amaran and Lumecube are great options!). Customizing my space is key to making it somewhere I actually enjoy being.

  • Find candles with scents you love and rotate them regularly.

  • Set up a playlist that motivates you while working.

  • Try different lighting options to see what boosts your mood.

Intentions 🧘🏽‍♀️

Every morning, I set my intentions by reminding myself of my goals, keeping motivational items close, and carrying that positive energy throughout my day.

  • Start each day by reflecting on your 'why' and use it to guide your actions.

  • Before starting work, take a moment to visualize how you want the day to go.

Desk Setup 🔏

I just upgraded my desk recently, and it’s been the best investment yet! I’ve got a chair from Mavix that supports my spine and a sit/stand desk to keep me comfortable!

  • Upgrade your chair first. Something that supports your back and provides good posture.

  • Adjust your monitor height to keep your head in a natural position.

  • Try out a sit/stand desk for more flexibility throughout the day. Mine is from Desky!

Beverages

Staying hydrated and energized is a must. I always keep water nearby, but I also enjoy 2-3 espressos to stay sharp.

  • Make your favorite coffee or tea a part of your morning routine.

  • DRINK WATER! Always keep a water-bottle on your desk.

Timing ⏰

Managing my time is all about scheduling! I use Google Calendar or Notion, block off time for tasks, and stay present to boost productivity.

What’s Hot?

  • The two-year, application-based program will give $50,000 to a handful of creators looking to kickstart their video production process. It also includes a part-time producer and access to Moment's brand relationships.

  • Facebook’s revamped monetization system prioritizes views and reach over likes and follows. Creators will qualify for payment through Facebook’s performance metrics.

  • A mother who turned a side hustle (which started on Facebook) into a successful thriving venture showing how social media can be a powerful tool for building success.

  • Businesses need to start using AI tools for content creation and decision-making, while keeping up with how platforms like Google are keeping users on their sites instead of sending them elsewhere.

  • The cash prize at this event will change your life overnight!

  • Social media platforms are shaking up traditional TV by blending digital content with mainstream entertainment. They’re bringing influencers and creators into the spotlight, offering fresh formats that challenge old-school TV shows. It’s all about merging the best of both worlds!

  • As AI takes over mass content creation, people will value human-made messages more for their authenticity and creativity.

  • Smaller creators were once valued for their authenticity and affordability. However, marketers are now prioritizing larger mainstream stars to cut through the noise and reach a broader audience.
