Extra Value | Sidemen’s Biggest Creator Event of the Year!

PLUS: The morning routine that keeps me locked in

What’s Hot?

  • The larger-than-life Youtube group just sold out Wembley Stadium! With more than 230,000 people trying to get tickets, this charity match is going to be one of the biggest creator events ever seen. The game will be streamed on Youtube and with last year’s game drawing an audience of 17 million, the group is set on smashing that record this time around!

  • Imagine X, but without Elon Musk’s constant tweaks! Bluesky is a decentralized social media platform, which means you have control over your data, content. Its customizable algorithms let you shape your feed, so it feels more personal. Plus, it’s got a community vibe that’s attracting frustrated X users.

  • Jason Kelce is on a generational run, showing that his media presence is just as dominant as his on-field play. From podcasting to primetime, he’s setting a new standard for athletes growing their brands beyond the game.

  • A conversation with DP and behind the scenes of their empire expansion!

  • “I would focus on the content creator side of things becuase that’s where I think the puck is going”

  • Pop-up concept that turns TikTok Shop into an IRL shopping experience! A seamless blend of social media and retail, designed for the Gen Z shopper.

  • The company just dropped some tips on what kind of content works best and what hurts your chances of showing up in people’s feeds.

  • YouTube just dropped 'Hype,' a new feature where fans can boost their favorite small creators by giving them 'hype points.' It’s a fun way to help awesome videos get noticed and puts the spotlight on more smaller/ niche creators!

  • Online personalities are more than just influencers these days. Creators focus on sharing cool and authentic parts of their lives, not just selling products. This shift has made the creator economy huge—worth about $150 billion and expected to reach $500 billion by 2030.

Founder’s Corner

For the past 6 years, this morning routine has been my way of setting the tone for my day. It’s simple, sustainable, and keeps my mind + body in good flow; and now it’s something I genuinely look forward to!

Utilizing your mornings gives you that edge—setting the foundation where you can fully focus on yourself: your goals, your mindset, etc.

Craft your routine to your liking and your goals, it’s all about making it work for you! Picture your ideal morning—what does it look like? What gets you excited to start your day?

Here’s what I do:

6 AM Club ⏰

  • I try to get up by 6 and make sure I'm in bed by 10 PM. Starting early gives me a head start on the day. First thing—I’m brewing some ginger, lemon, and honey tea. It’s suuuper good for immunity and helps me start the morning right!

Meditation and Palo Santo 🧘🏽‍♂️

  • Since 2017, one of my personal wins has been sticking to a consistent meditation practice! I spend 5-10 minutes meditating, sometimes lighting up some Palo Santo to set the mood. I use Headspace and Open to keep the practice going.

Get Outside ☀️

  • Then I try to get some fresh air. I take a 5-7 minute walk around the block to get that energy flowing. No phone until work begins—just being present, soaking in the morning.

Short Workouts 💪🏽

  • I’ll have some pre-workout before getting in the gym. We turned our garage into a sick home gym—decked out with a Tonal, dumbbells, and kettlebells, plus Philips Hue lights to keep the vibes. I stick to quick, 30-minute workouts that are easy to keep consistent.

Sauna and Ice Bath (Sometimes) ❄️

  • If I get some time after my workouts I like to do some cold/hot therapy. I add in a sauna session and finish it off with an ice bath (50 degrees, 3-4 minutes). It’s intense but nothing beats that rush afterward.

Finishing Up 💯

  • I shower up and get dressed for the day. My breakfasts are light—usually just some fruit to hold me over until lunch. By 8 AM, I’m diving into work, tackling my schedule and checking off my to-do list.

That’s my routine… built around movement, mindfulness, and creating a flow.

You don’t have to copy my routine exactly—what’s important is finding what feels good for you. Whatever you decide, make sure it’s something you look forward to, something that makes you feel ready and hyped to take on whatever comes next.

Let’s get it! ✨🤙🏻
