Founder’s Corner

One thing that has been a total game-changer for me, especially when it comes to personal development and staying aligned with my goals, is the power of speaking things into existence. I know, manifestation gets thrown around a lot, but this practice has been a key part of my growth both personally and professionally.

My Practice

Here’s how it works for me: I write out affirmations or thoughts that make me feel good. These are the things I want to remind myself of, or just simple truths that I need to hear more often. It could be something like:

"I am capable of creating the life of my dreams"
"Today I am going to take a step forward towards my goals."

Once I’ve got these affirmations written down, sometimes ill even take it a step further. I record myself saying them out loud—literally just using the voice memo app on my phone! 😅

Here’s the thing: I’m not just reading them… I’m saying that sh** with my chest! I’m saying it with energy, like I’m hyping myself up!! The beauty of this practice is how much it integrates into my day. I’ll play it when I’m starting work in the morning, during a walk, or even while I’m winding down in the evening. It’s like my own pep talk that reminds me of who I am and what I’m working towards.

Familiarity: Hearing your voice gives it an extra level of impact. It’s not someone else’s words or motivation—it’s yours.
Reinforcement: Playing it often, keeps those positive thoughts at the forefront of my mind. It’s like training your brain to focus on what you want.
Energy Boost: Honestly, it’s just a vibe. It lifts me up every time I listen, especially when I’m feeling stuck or unmotivated.
