Founderās Corner
Iāve been thinking about something that doesnāt get talked about enough and itās one of those mindset shifts that can seriously change the way you show up online.
Letās talk about success for a second. Not what it looks like, but where it starts.

Creators with high self-worth will ALWAYS thrive š
I always say this, and I reeeally mean it:
The moment that you have success in a video can't be the moment that you actually look at yourself as success.
Think about it, if you're waiting for that viral video or that follower milestone to feel worthy, you're already setting yourself up for failure. That validation has to come from within first.
Letās get into why it matters so much.
You're Actually in a Relationship with Your Audience š«¶
A relationship? How?? š¤
Youāre asking someone to:
Spend their time scrolling and choosing your content.
Use their energy to actually engage to what youāre saying (actively listening)
Take actual action on your videos ( Like, sub, click link etc etc etc.)
That's a massive investment from them, thatās why the relationship is so important.
And in any relationship, if one person is unsure of themselves or holding back, itās gonna feel off. You canāt fake confidence or clarity, so if youāre doubting your message or playing small, people feel that.
Some things that hold most creators back:
Fear of putting yourself out there.
Rejection mindset before you even post.
Uncertainty about your message.
This creates the opposite of what I call a āØmagnetic presenceāØ, that quality that makes people choose to follow, support, and believe in you.
The real work isnāt on camera šø
Such a big part of content is actually the work that you put in outside of content creation. I'm talking about working on:
Your energy: How do you show up each day?
Your self-worth: Do you believe you deserve to be seen?
Belief in what youāre sharing: Are you convinced your message matters?
When youāre good internally, it shows up externally. And then showing up online doesnāt feel like pressure⦠it feels like momentum. šŖ
Where your value really comes from ā¤ļø
Itās not the views, followers, or how your last vid performed.
Your value as a creator comes from what you bring to the table before the metrics show up. So if youāre feeling stuck or lost in the algorithm, zoom out.
You have to do the deep mindset work. Itās tough I know, working on ourself and breaking limiting beliefs is try one of the most difficult things to do, but sooo f***ān rewarding. ā”ļø
So get quiet enough to remember why you started in the first place, then post from there. The creators who last, who build real communities, who have true longevity? They all share this one trait: unshakeable self-worth.
When you do the inner work first, creativity transforms from pushing through fear and rejection into a process of gathering more friends who believe in your message.
So do the work. Believe in what you're sharing and know that you deserve to be seen.
As always, I'm wishing you guys the best. Much love! āØ
