Extra Value | What I Recommend to Anyone Their 20’s & 30’s

PLUS: The Dare to Dream Challenge from Stan and my thoughts on the TikTok Ban!

Thinking of all the people in Los Angeles that are going through it right now with the fires. We have been lucky to be away from it all and not affected, but want to send love to all those around us who have been.

One person I think is really doing a good job with emergency relief is Bethany Frankel. If you go watch her videos she talks about how her charity is making a difference, and I’m gonna add a link here if you feel compelled to donate.

Sending you so much love this week!! ❤️

What’s Hot?

Our friends at Stan are hosting the Dare to Dream Challenge, where they’re covering ALL of the expenses for one year for a creator! A great opportunity for you or someone you know.
You have till Jan 31st to enter! LET’S GO! 🚀🔥

  • You’ve probably seen the popular “chicken shop date” hosted by Ameilia, so this new partnership is soooo on brand! The content will be featured on both Bumble's and Amelia's social media channels, aiming to engage users with entertaining dating advice. Bumble’s plan to connect with people through fun and real content, making their audience more engaged and loyal to the brand is headed ht right direction.

  • She’s tapped in with the culture and the GenZ audience. The key is to treat the product as the “star” of a magazine cover or billboard. Big brands might have the $$ to spend but have zero emotional pull.

  • My thoughts on the TikTok ban and why there’s still hope!

  • The way people are using the internet to fight for change is leveling up big time. Platforms like TikTok and Instagram aren’t just for fun anymore—they’re becoming powerful tools to rally people, spread awareness, and make a real impact. Digital communities are stepping up and shaping conversations that matter, showing us how online spaces can actually drive action and get results. This is the future of activism—it’s fast, it’s online, and it’s making waves where it counts.

  • Understanding distribution channels will help you understand why some influencers are more successful than others. Creators provide three things: distribution, personal brand and audience. When someone can nail all tree, the monetary value has no ceiling.

  • A great breakdown on how you can start your content journey this year!

  • Youtube vloggers share personal perspectives of what’s happening in LA.

  • This acquisition of Mavely is a big win for the creator economy! This makes collaborations smoother, more transparent, and allows creators to showcase their value. By strengthening brand-creator relationships, it fuels industry growth and makes influencer marketing more effective and sustainable.

  • Dana White’s close ties with Mark Zuckerberg and President Trump makes this transition significant.

Founder’s Corner

If you’re in your 20’s or 30’s and feeling stuck in a job or routine that’s just not doing it for you, this one’s for you. It’s tempting to take a job because the paycheck is decent or the hours are flexible, but the truth is if you’re not fired up about what you’re doing… it’ll eventually catch up to you. 😤

Passion 👏 matters 👏

It’s the thing that makes you want to wake up early, stay up late, and work harder than everyone else!

When you truly love your work:

  • You put in the extra effort: It doesn’t feel like work because you want to do it.

  • You better your craft: When you enjoy what you do, you’re naturally more curious and willing to learn.

  • Success becomes inevitable: Passion fuels hard work, and hard work leads to success—period.

There’s money to be made in so many industries if you’re just willing to go all-in and love what you do, trust me the money will come. 😎 The big payoff is, passion isn’t just an advantage—it’s a magnet for opportunities and the edge that makes you unforgettable. ⚡⚡

How to Find Something That Fires You Up

This isn’t always straightforward, but it’s 100% possible! Here’s some tips that can get you there:

  1. Imagine Your Perfect Day: I want you to picture your dream day. What are you doing? Where are you? Who are you with? The answers can reveal what truly excites you.

  2. Experiment with Different Paths: When you’re in your 20’s, YOU HAVE TO TRY DIFFERENT THINGS! Just throw sh** at the wall and see what sticks! Take courses, volunteer in a field that interests you, pick up a camera and just film something. Explore, explore, explore- it will get you closer to finding what clicks.⭐

  3. Talk to People Who Inspire You: Reach out to someone who’s already doing what you’re interested in. Send DM’s, emails or linkedin messages, doesn't matter… just find a way to connect! Their advice might spark some ✨inspiration✨ or give you a direction you hadn’t considered.

  4. Commit to the Process: Finding work you love won’t happen overnight, it’s a process. Keep experimenting, learning, and evolving. Patience is the name of the game when you’re on this journey!

Remember, the goal isn’t just to make a living; it’s to build a life you’re excited about 🔥. The longer you wait to pursue what you love, the harder it becomes to break free from the comfort of “good enough.” 👊

So don’t settle and START NOW! 💪 😎
