PLUS: How taste is a skill that can be learned and what's new in CES?
What’s Hot?

Loved this video by Mikey Posada on the future of creators and how authenticity is the key factor that separates good creators from GREAT ones. Being able to 'cut through the noise' is a skill, and while some people are naturally gifted with taste… it’s also something that can be learned through exposure and a keen eye for what truly excites you!
This year, CES gave creators their own space to connect, create, and be part of the action thanks to Sony! They set up workstations, recording pods, and lounges just for creators. Big takeaway? Creators aren’t just marketing tools anymore—they’re shaping biz strategy and driving the convo at the top.

In case you’re wondering what 100 views actually looks like in real life. We discredit ourselves over a 'failed' video without realizing the impact those views represent… a small audience online is still a packed room in real life.
IRL experiences is where it’s at! Whether it’s run clubs or coffee meetups, bringing your audience together is extremely valuable. It deepens their connection to your mission, gets people off their phones, and creates real moments of engagement.

Founder’s Corner

Let’s talk about something that stops so many people from bringing their ideas to life: fear of rejection. If you’ve got this idea in your head but you haven’t done anything about it… Why? 💭
It’s because of fear, And most of the time, it’s fear of what people will think.
So, let’s dive into two big questions you need to ask yourself to push past this and finally take action.
1. Who Are You Scared Of?
I want you to ask yourself this: Who are you scared of seeing this and hating it? Whose opinion are you really worried about? 🤔
Nine times out of ten, it’s not strangers on the internet. It’s the people closest to you—your friends, your family, the ones whose opinions you actually care about.
Here’s the thing: If you know you’re loved and supported by your people, why does it matter what anyone else thinks? The people who matter will always back you, even if your idea isn’t perfect. ❤️
And honestly speaking, most of the time people aren’t even paying that much attention. The ones scrolling past your post or idea? They don’t have the power you think they do.
2. What Happens If You Don’t Try?
Now flip the fear around. Instead of worrying about rejection, ask yourself this:
What happens if I don’t act?
What if this idea never leaves my head?
The regret of not trying is way worse than the risk of someone not liking it. Perfectionism and procrastination are just fear in disguise, but they’re robbing you of momentum. ⚡
Here’s how to shift your focus:
Accept imperfection: It’s better to try messy than not at all. Every great creator or entrepreneur started with something raw and unpolished.
Start creating: take that idea and start. Film the video, write the post, or build the project. The more you create, the more clarity and confidence you gain.
Act today: Post it, without overthinking or expecting instant success!
Fear only holds the power you give it… I want you to take the leap. The world needs what you’ve got. 😎
